SIMPLOT EDUCATION COUNCIL

The Simplot Education Council was formed in the early 1990's to work with the Pocatello, Idaho School District 25 area schools in promoting education excellence.  Because the Company's fertilizer production facility located in Pocatello, Idaho provides many scientific and engineering resources, the Council has emphasized science experiences in the classroom.

Mission Statement:
The J. R. Simplot Company's Education Council is committed to assist students in School District 25 in achieving excellence in education.  We will work with the school district and local schools to identify areas that the council can support and develop helpful partnerships.  The purpose of this council is to enhance efforts to help students achieve their full academic potential.

Requests for financial assistance with projects are due by September 30th.  Please complete the attached form (pdf format) and return to Simplot by that date.  Requests can be made by District 25 staff.  We will respond to your request by October 31st.
