Web Order Portal
The J.R. Simplot Company has two available web order portals for your specific business needs:
- Web Order Portal for Food Group Domestic & International Customers
- Web Order Portal for AgriBusiness Customers
Both portals allow partners and customers the ability to directly key in their orders. This is a good solution for those who have relied on phoning, faxing or emailing orders to the J.R. Simplot Company in the past.

Lower Cost
The web-based system requires no special hardware or software other than a computer, internet access, and a web browser.
Order Entry
The web portal allows you to place orders electronically to eliminate handling on both sides and review the status immediately. Each web portal has been customized to meet the needs of our customers:
- Templates for reoccurring orders can be created within the Food Group portal
- Orders can be downloaded and exported to a .csv file within the Food Group portal
- Browse the J.R. Simplot catalog within the Food Group portal
- Check your order status within the AgriBusiness portal
- Perform account maintenance within the AgriBusiness portal
- Check account history within the AgriBusiness portal (including a statement of account & invoice reprints)
