Applying for Jobs at Simplot

Do I have to apply on-line? 
In order for us to process all the candidates that we receive in an organized and efficient manner, all applicants must apply via our online system.  This also ensures that we don’t miss any qualified candidates.  If you would like us to have your resume, you can attach it to your online application. 

How do I know that you received my application?
After applying for a job, you will receive an e-mail indicating that your resume has been received and we are processing it. 

I have applied for a job, how long before I hear something? 
It varies depending on the hiring managers and number of applicants we receive for a job.  Once we receive your application, your resume will be reviewed against job requirements and if you meet the minimum requirements your resume will be forwarded to the hiring manager for consideration.  It may take several weeks to hear from us, but you will hear from us via e-mail whether you have been chosen for an interview or not. 

How long do jobs stay open? 
Jobs are typically kept open until an offer is accepted from a candidate. 

How can I find out the pay for a position? 
When you apply for a job, you will see the pay grades listed.  If you apply for a job and your salary requirements don't fit within the pay grades, you will be contacted via e-mail to confirm if you still want to be considered for the job.  We believe that we have a competitive salary for the market and provide competitive benefits as part of the total compensation package.

Those wishing to work at one of our locations in a professional position can apply using this web site.  Those seeking a production position within a plant can contact those locations directly or the local job service in that area.
